The team is headed up by our solicitor, Eliana Barrera who is supported by Philip Turpin who has been practising exclusively in Immigration law since 1982. The Business and Skilled Migration Team provides a strategic view of how global mobility regulations are enforced in practice and we scan the horizon for potential immigration issues that can arise, whether due to changes in the law or corporate restructuring.

Recent changes to the Skilled Worker visa route have added a layer of complexity to the sponsorship process and we are ready to help your business adapt to these changes. Without proper advice, recent changes may result in employers paying salaries which are higher or lower than the rules require. We can advise on beneficial salary concessions, and we will always be alert to alternative visas which might be more appropriate, including Graduate, Global Talent and family visa routes.
