Senior Caseworker

Caroline is a Senior Caseworker and advises on the full range of immigration and nationality law, for individuals and businesses.

She works on business and skilled immigration matters as well as family, human rights and nationality cases. Caroline has a particular interest in complex citizenship cases, international surrogacy arrangements, Adult Dependant Relative applications and complex applications for children involving 'sole responsibility' issues.

Caroline guides businesses and HR teams through the sponsor licence system, obtaining sponsor licences for organisations and Skilled Worker visas for staff. She has advised a wide range of sectors from hospitality, charities and universities to science and technology firms.

Caroline works with individuals of 'Exceptional Promise' and 'Exceptional Talent' in obtaining Global Talent visas and has obtained endorsements in arts and culture (Arts Council England), digital technology (Tech Nation) and academia and research. She advises entrepreneurs under the Innovator Founder visa route. 

She is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA). Before joining Turpin Miller in 2020, Caroline worked at law firms in London specialising in immigration law.
