How to report an error with your eVisa

Due to some of the issues cropping up with the eVisa rollout, the Home Office has introduced a new form for reporting eVisa errors.

You should use this service if any of the following details are wrong on your eVisa:

name
sponsor reference
photo
National Insurance number
visa restrictions - these say what you can and cannot do in the UK
immigration status
valid until date

You can also use this service if UKVI set up your account for you, but used an email address or phone number you’ve never had access to.
